SHIPPING

There is nothing quite like receiving a gift in the mail. Shipping is a huge part of what we do, and we are committed to offering the best price we can to ensure your gift box arrives at its recipient in a safe and timely manner.

We want to give everyone the chance to send a gift box, without giving shipping a second thought.

HOW IT WORKS:

Free standard shipping applies to retail and domestic orders.

THE FINE PRINT: Our free shipping does not apply to wholesale and international orders and cannot be combined with other offers.

DO ROBIINS GIFT BOXES SHIP AS SHOWN?

Yes. Each gift box will ship inside a shipper box, or a padded envelope, so it stays nice and pretty. 

MY BOX IS A GIFT. I DON'T WANT A RECEIPT OR ANY PRICES.

We never include receipts or inventory/packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

Shipping is included in all retail and domestic orders.

Shipping is not included in all wholesale and international orders.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders take 2-8 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it's going. If you're in a pinch, email andrea@robiins.com, and we'll see what we can do. Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 9a - 5p PST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship anywhere in the United States.

If you don't see your country listed, we can ship internationally on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee, so email if you need help and we'll see what we can do! Note that our free shipping code only applies to domestic orders.

There are no surprises here. We ship what you see on each product page. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock on a particular item, we will personally contact you with options of equal or greater value and aesthetic.

DO THE BOXES EVER CHANGE?

Yes, they do. We're constantly innovating and updating our product line.
